Product Overview
These long lasting, continuous duty compressors offer slightly less depth capabilities than the diaphragm compressors but produce considerably more air. These medium pressure, oil-free compressors are excellent for pond and lake aeration and de-icing. The carbon vanes self-adjust to maintain maximum operating depth. All units come with a one-year Manufacturer warranty.
Compressor Complete comes with 3' cord, external filter assembly with filter, pressure relief assembly, and fittings.
Routine Compressor Maintenance
By implementing a routine service plan, you can reduce operating expenses while maintaining your compressor's performance.
The most common reason for compressor failure is clogged air filters. To extend compressor life change the internal filters (2), o-rings (2), and the external filter (1) at least once every six months of operation or more often in dirty/dusty locations.

External and Internal Filter Replacement - YouTube
Rotary vane compressors use a set of carbon vanes to push air. Over time, friction wears these down and will need to be replaced to maximize compressor efficiency. To get the most life out of your compressor, we recommend changing the carbon vanes every 2 - 3 years or as they wear out.
