Rotary Vane compressors use a set of carbon vanes to push air. Over time friction wears these down and they will need to be replaced to maximum compressor efficiency.
To get the most life out of your Rotary Vane Compressor, we recommend that you change the carbon vanes in your compressor every 2-3 years or as they wear out. Each Kit includes 4 carbon replacement vanes, 1 head gasket, 2 internal filters, 1 external filter, and 2 “O” rings.
