Soilfloc® Sealant is an efficient polymer based sealant used to seal leaky waterbodies. Soilfloc® Sealant is specifically designed to seal fine leaks, whether in the bottom, sides or through rock formations. Soilfloc® Sealant is a non-toxic, two-part application that uses custom blends of linear and cross-linked polymers to seal any type of soil that contains at least 20% clay. It is designed to attract to either positively or negatively charged particles. Soilfloc® Sealant swells to over 300 times its size and works best when waterbodies are full of water (minimum of 4 ft.) which allows the product to flow deeper into the leaking areas aided by the water pressure. Custom mixes are available for larger leaks or larger holes in rocky areas. Soilfloc® Sealant can also be applied to the soil during construction. Soilfloc®Sealant can be used to reduce erosion on shorelines and to clarify water. This product is non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. *Recommended rate is 9 - 12 units per surface acre.
